Accreditation

These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) and MMDA – The Mid-Atlantic Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. PALTmed is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ (CME)

PALTmed designates these enduring materials for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the

activity.

CMD Credit

This self-study activity has been pre-approved by the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association for up to 1 clinical/management hour toward certification or recertification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.

American Osteopathic Association Credit:

AOA recognizes this activity for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ as AOA Category 2 Credit.

Physician Assistants

The NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ towards recertification. Visit the NCCPA website for more information.

Nurse Practitioners

Earning CMEs and CMDs

  1. After each session you view online, complete the evaluation by using the link at the bottom.
  2. If you viewed the entire webinar, you may claim one (1) CME/CMD hour.
  3. Answer each question and press the “Submit” button once the evaluation is completed.
  4. A Certificate of Attendance will automatically be emailed to you from MMDA.
  5. MMDA will report the earned credit directly to PALTmed.
